On xpinvestment.com investors are rigorously excluded!

18.08.2023
The digital revolution has drastically changed the financial market. While many legitimate companies have emerged and offer invaluable services, numerous fraudulent companies have also emerged. XPinvestment seems to belong to the latter category because what seems respectable and acceptable at first glance turns out to be a nasty masquerade because behind the pious little lamb lurks the bad wolf! Unfortunately, nothing here is what it seems, and so prospective investors run the risk of losing everything when they transfer money to XPinvestment. In this report, we reveal the true face behind the dazzling facade of this online investment scammer and show ways in which you can still save your capital invested there.

A seductive theatrical game
At first glance, the XPinvestment platform promises respectability. Its digital venue at xpinvestment.com seemingly conveys integrity and credibility. Starting with promising offers to the supposed personal support by the obliging "brokers" (who are not brokers at all, because they are scammers) - everything seems to point to profitable investment success. But behind this curtain of trust lurks a sophisticated staging. Your money is not invested, it disappears for the time being untraceable in the depths of the pockets of the fraudsters, while the so-called "trading" is merely a carefully staged illusion.

Hiding the identity
A crucial warning signal is the missing imprint. XPinvestment does not want to be exposed, so no real platform owners are readable on xpinvestment.com. Our findings show that the website was registered on 03/24/2023 via PublicDomainRegistry, Ltd. And who is behind it? A hidden identity that does not want to be tracked down, which is why this very person has had himself made unrecognizable by an anonymization service - a common strategy among dubious actors who make their mischief on the World Wide Web.

A network of deception
XPinvestment may not be the only platform of the platform creators operating here. There are suspected links to other scam platforms, including Zenith Investment Partners, RCE Banque, EvoCrypto, Pixpal, Capital Group, and Styx Trade. Our investigation into this suspicious network, which has been on the radar of our in-house team of investigators for quite some time, is ongoing.

Dubious contacts and addresses
The contact to XPinvestment is also disguised. The given UK phone number +44 1733833193 and the support email address support@xpinvestment.com do not provide any clear clues about the de facto operators. And which address is the real one? Is it New Penderel House 4th Floor, 283-288 High Holborn, London WC1V 7HP or perhaps rather The Old Cottage, Lon Isallt, Trearddur Bay, Holyhead LL65 2UU? After all, both addresses are mentioned on the XPinvestment website. Our research has shown that both addresses are only meant to mislead the user - there is no company named XPinvestment neither in vibrant, British London nor in tranquil, Welsh Holyhead.

A phantom company
Despite claims on the website that it is registered in Australia, XPinvestment has no verifiable entry in global directories. Moreover, why would a supposedly British company be registered in Australia? This is a deliberate misdirection that is supposed to create trust, but on closer inspection makes no sense at all. It is a humbug.

On the trail of deception
But: You can't hide forever. Our modern research tools, which are available to our in-house investigation team, have already uncovered the first traces of this investment fraud combo. And we will not stop pursuing them. Surely the investigating authorities will soon sound the alarm as well, the burden of proof is too overwhelming here! The German BaFin, the Swiss FINMA and the Austrian FMA will surely publish warnings soon.

Conclusion: Beware of the digital trap
In a sea of digital opportunities, investors should be vigilant and do questioning research before investing their hard-earned money. XPinvestment is just one example of many of how technology is being used to trap the inexperienced. The truth will eventually come out, and we will be on the front lines to ensure that such scammers will not get away with this in the long run.
