SpotyFX - Reviews: This is investment fraud

SpotyFX gives the impression that investors are granted excellent opportunities to make both fast and safe money when trading online. At SpotyFX, everything is investment fraud. Nothing is traded at SpotyFX. Everything the investor sees on their screen is just a sham. Not a penny has been invested. The money has gone straight into the pockets of the investment scammers. Have you had similar experiences? What help is there for investment fraud? What can investors do who have been defrauded by SpotyFX? How do investors get their money back from dubious providers?

SpotyFX: Assurances are questionable and unserious What do astonished investors read on www.spotyfx.com?
"With award-winning platforms and market-leading services, we offer the best of both worlds. We currently serve clients worldwide from 16 sales locations on five continents." This is just a small excerpt of the implausible promises prospective clients find on SpotyFX's website. None of these full-bodied assurances from SpotyFX have been fulfilled. Unfortunately, the half-silent business conduct is more likely to lead to disappointed investors and miserable experiences!

SpotyFX: Who is behind it?
Answering this question should tend to cause trouble for many investors, because the SpotyFX makers do everything they can to conceal the true circumstances. This is certainly not unusual, because the perpetrators usually operate several of these websites with the same fraudulent business model. They are created in series, quickly put online and just as quickly shut down. In addition, the top-level domain is often changed in order to fool financial supervisory and law enforcement authorities.

SpotyFX: Who is the operator?
There is hardly anything useful to be found on the website spotyfx.com. At least the company NVS LLC is listed with the address First Floor, First St. Vincent Bank Ltd Building, James Street, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, but the makers of SpotyFX cannot be found under this address. In addition, the usual support e-mail address support@spotyfx.com and the Nigerian telephone number +23 456 789 055 can be found there. The domain was also only registered on 23.08.2022 with NameSilo, LLC.

SpotyFX: Scheme of the investment fraud
The investment fraud plays itself out again and again according to the same pattern: investors initially put in a small sum - usually 250 euros - and quickly experience how this amount increases, so that they are prepared to "invest" higher and higher sums. The trouble starts as soon as investors want their money paid out, because now, all of a sudden, taxes, commissions, fees or anything else have to be paid. Unfortunately, many investors realise far too late that they have been duped by investment scammers who never intended to pay out the money again.

SpotyFX: What help is available for investment fraud?
Many aggrieved investors ask themselves how to act in the case of investment fraud, as filing a criminal complaint hardly makes sense, because criminal complaints are mainly used for criminal prosecution, but not for recovering the money. What kind of help can be used in investment fraud cases and how do affected investors get their money back? A lawyer specialising in investment fraud must know how to trace the money, because as they used to say, money is not gone, but unfortunately somewhere else. In the present, one can add to that: It is not easy, but with the right tools it is possible to track money digitally on a regular basis - even if it was transferred with Bitcoin via a Crypto Exchanger.
