RevolutionFX - CNMV warns traders

The alleged online broker RevolutionFX sells itself as a credible platform for trading cryptocurrencies. However, there are numerous indications that there are strikingly many inconsistencies at RevolutionFX. More and more investors are reporting phone terror, rip-offs and investment fraud in connection with RevolutionFX. All investors lost their money invested with RevolutionFX. Serious doubts are called for. Meanwhile, many RevolutionFX investors feel that it is an investment scam.  All RevolutionFX investors are wondering if they have become victims of an investment scam? And what can RevolutionFX investors do if the suspicion of investment fraud is confirmed? How can RevolutionFX investors get their money back? Does it make sense to file a criminal complaint against RevolutionFX with the police? Where can I get help with investment fraud?

RevolutionFX: Half-silk promises on revolution-fx.io!
What must the astonished visitors to www.revolution-fx.io receive? "RevolutionFX has been the market leader for several years, we offer a wide range of products and services to traders around the world...We work to introduce new technologies to make trading easy and affordable for everyone...Our mission is to provide clients around the world with an exceptional trading environment that allows them to reach their full potential. ..We maintain high standards for safe trading conditions and provide the best and fairest trading conditions for every trader...Every year we improve our work and strive to make working with us even more enjoyable...We help traders develop the knowledge and skills needed to trade effectively and responsibly." That's just a small excerpt of the suspect assurances investors can find on RevolutionFX's website. Not one of these lofty promises made by RevolutionFX has been delivered. Unfortunately, the questionable business conduct rather provides for disappointed investors and bad experiences!

RevolutionFX: Hide-and-seek game with the domain entry!
Remarkable for the business practices of the RevolutionFX makers is that the website does not contain an imprint. Thus, the complete information about the legally responsible operators of the website is missing. If one takes a look at the domain data of the RevolutionFX website, there are no references to the operators to be found. However, one learns that the domain was registered with Namesilo, LLC. as recently as 07.07.2020. The real domain owners hide behind the US anonymization service PrivacyGuardian.org.

RevolutionFX: Who is behind it?
Answering this question will be rather difficult for many investors, as the RevolutionFX makers do everything they can to conceal the true circumstances. However, this is nothing unusual. The perpetrators mostly operate several of these websites with the same fraudulent business model. These are created in advance, quickly put online and just as quickly shut down. The top-level domain is often changed to deceive financial regulators and law enforcement agencies. But who is the operator? There is scant information about this on the RevolutionFX website. The company SAVI HOLDINGS LTD. with the business address Beachmont Business Centre, Suite 33, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines is given, but the makers of RevolutionFX cannot be found under this address. In addition, there is the obligatory support e-mail address and the telephone numbers +447988957649 for England, +43720115669 for Germany, +390694809418 for Italy, +34910601645 for Spain and the Russian telephone number +78122004926. The worldwide search for RevolutionFX in the relevant registers leads to no result. This makes it clear that this is a pure fantasy product.

RevolutionFX: The customer acquisition of the investment fraudsters
Here the same procedure can be found again and again: In order to attract new customers the recommendations of RevolutionFX are propagated in all possible media and channels. Not infrequently, the offers are false promises. To increase the effectiveness, they upload movies on Youtube or Vimeo, in which prospective customers are convinced with false references. Here, supposed celebrities report on their experiences with online trading and cryptocurrencies, often with a misleading reference to the TV show "Die Höhle der Löwen". At the same time, an affiliate program is usually launched to motivate others to beat the advertising drum for RevolutionFX.

RevolutionFX: Criminal Business Practices.
As soon as the client has registered on the trading platform, he receives calls from alleged financial brokers who like to refer to their years of experience and satisfied customer base. In many cases, however, the makers of this business model are fraudsters, against whom the Federal Criminal Police Office and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) also warn. Usually the investors start with a small sum as employment. Beforehand, investors are also often motivated to install remote maintenance software, such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer on their computers, so that assistance can supposedly be provided with the first steps. In many cases, the computer is subsequently manipulated and unwanted transactions are carried out. In the process, the investment fraudsters also frequently gain access to their victims' online banking. What is particularly criminal, however, is when supposed profits are displayed on the trading platform in order to entice the customer to place further high stakes. In some cases, even small sums are returned in order to lull investors into a sense of security. Who then does not want to further increase the stakes? But what happens next?

RevolutionFX: repayment of money is subject to conditions
Once in, getting out is mostly impossible. Rather, the administrators of the investment scammers tie a repayment of the money to further deposits. This is where employees come in, claiming alleged tax debts and commission payments. If these are settled, it would come to the disbursement of the allegedly obtained profits. The perpetrators send the investors self-made tax and commission statements, often decorated with fake coats of arms. These would have to be paid urgently. A clearing with the allegedly obtained profits, is never possible. If an investor refuses further deposits, alleged profits are converted by senseless transactions into losses and the customer maximally damaged. This is not the end of the horror, but investors are permanently confronted with calls from other dubious providers. This indicates that the contact details of the investors are further traded among the investment fraudsters. In the end, a "savior" regularly comes forward, claiming to have uncovered the whole scam. He impresses with his insider knowledge. No wonder, since he is part of the fraud gang. The next rip-off! And of course, the "savior" wants a small fee too - up front!

RevolutionFX: Scheme of investment fraud?
There is no authorization of the RevolutionFX trading platform. RevolutionFX lacks the legitimacy of a recognized European financial regulator, such as the English Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec), which is often used by brokers. Likewise, there is no authorization from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (finma) or the Financial Market Authority (FMA) of Austria, which is responsible for Switzerland. For this, there is a warning from the Comisión Nacional de Mercado de Valores (CNMV) dated 06.09.2021. This is the Spanish supervisory authority for the financial market and financial services. It is also obvious that RevolutionFX is a scheme of capital investment fraud. All those harmed by RevolutionFX are advised to consult an investment fraud attorney immediately.

RevolutionFX: Where are the investment fraudsters active?
Investors are dealing with RevolutionFX investment fraud in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Unfortunately, RevolutionFX's activities are not limited to the DACH region. Because RevolutionFX is equally targeting Russian and Spanish speaking investors, it is only a matter of time before the defrauded traders of these speaker groups come forward as well. Going through the list of regulators is advisable before making any financial commitment to reduce the risk of becoming a victim of investment fraud.

RevolutionFX: Claims for damages against banks
Anyone wishing to provide financial services and investment transactions in Germany requires a permit from the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). Transacting, supporting or facilitating business of this nature, even across borders into Germany, is prohibited. Companies that nevertheless participate in such transactions are obliged to pay damages to the traders who have suffered losses. These investment fraud cases would certainly not have been feasible without such banks.

RevolutionFX: Investors want their money back!
Fortunately, the circumstances are more promising than it seems. The aggrieved investors can defend themselves and demand the money they invested back. As of now, it is not likely that the RevolutionFX investment fraudsters will be caught in time, but there is still reason to hope. Especially because the money transactions were made through accounts that were actually provided by reputable banks. These undoubtedly failed to control the sometimes high and therefore controllable deposits of the investors and their forwarding for legality. These omissions made the investment fraud possible.

RevolutionFX: They want their money back! How does it work?
Equipped with this knowledge, no investor would have entered into a business relationship with RevolutionFX. Now the only alternative left for them is to try to recover the money they invested. Many investors cannot even imagine that there is any real chance of ever seeing their money back. Clearly yes! There are numerous legal bases to fall back on. The generic term is "money laundering." When investment fraudsters collect money, the crime of money laundering is committed. Financial institutions have a duty to take action against money laundering. This is where one starts with good chances of success. For this, essential points must be clarified. Where did the funds embezzled by RevolutionFX end up? Is there any chance that the victims of the investment fraud will get back the money they invested with RevolutionFX? What actions are needed next? An attorney specializing in investment fraud will best answer such questions for you.

RevolutionFX: Who can help?
What to do in case of investment fraud? What investment fraud help can RevolutionFX victims hope for? RevolutionFX victims can ideally find the help they need from an experienced investment fraud attorney. He or she will be able to take care of your RevolutionFX case both in terms of the criminal aspects of investment fraud, as well as the recovery of funds and possible claims for damages. A lawyer for trading is also a possibility, because he is also familiar with the methods of fraudulent brokers, such as RevolutionFX.

RevolutionFX: Follow the money trail!
Such abuses on the not regulated capital market pursue the Anlegerschutzkanzlei Resch attorneys for over 30 years. The conduct of RevolutionFX is therefore nothing new. In the course of time, Resch Rechtsanwälte have developed an effective set of tools for tracking down the money that has been taken away and tracing the money flows. In times of the Internet it is becoming more and more difficult to make money disappear. The faster investors track the money, the greater the likelihood that they will get back their invested capital. Above all, it is important that investors harmed by RevolutionFX act promptly.
