CryptoActiveTrading - FMA warns investors

03.02.2023
CryptoActiveTrading creates the impression that investors are granted ideal opportunities to make equally fast and safe money when trading Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Everything about CryptoActiveTrading is investment fraud. The money has landed right in the pockets of the investment scammers. Everything the investor sees on their screen is deception. Not a cent has been invested. Nothing is traded on cryptoactivetrading.net. Can you report similar experiences? How does the investor get his money back from dubious providers? What help is available in the case of investment fraud? What can investors do who have been defrauded by CryptoActiveTrading?

CryptoActiveTrading: Disreputable and dubious statements
What do the perplexed investors read on www.cryptoactivetrading.net? "CryptoActiveTrading is a company founded by a team of professional traders who are experts in one of the biggest financial markets of our time, the CRYPTOCURRENCY/BINARY market. Our goal is to provide our partners with daily and consistent profits in these markets." That's just a small quote from the overblown promises that interested parties can find on CryptoActiveTrading's website. Not a single one of these full-bodied assurances by CryptoActiveTrading has been kept. Unfortunately, the troubling business practices tend to make for unhappy investors and bad experiences!

CryptoActiveTrading: Who is behind it?
Many investors will find it quite difficult to answer this question because the CryptoActiveTrading makers do everything they can to conceal the true circumstances. This is undoubtedly nothing unusual because the scammers often operate several of these websites with the same fraudulent business model. They are mass-produced, put on the net without interruption and just as swiftly shut down. In addition, the top-level domain is changed again and again in order to fool the financial supervisory and law enforcement authorities. Often unsuccessfully, the Austrian FMA published a warning against CryptoActiveTrading on 31.12.2022.

But who operates CryptoActiveTrading?
On the website cryptoactivetrading.net nothing usable can be found about this. At least the company CryptoActiveTrading is listed, albeit without a legal form, with the business address 751 Grasslands Road, Valhalla, NY 10595, under which the makers of CryptoActiveTrading cannot be found, after all it is a bogus address. In addition, the email address support@cryptoactivetrading.net and the US telephone number +1 (408) 883-7584 can be found there. The domain cryptoactivetrading.net was registered on 10.11.2022 with NameSilo, LLC.

CryptoActiveTrading: Scheme of the Investment Fraud
The investment fraud apparently runs according to the well-known scheme: investors initially put in a small sum - usually 250 euros - are impressed by how quickly this amount multiplies and are therefore prepared to "invest" ever higher sums. The annoyance sets in when investors want their money paid out, because now, ostensibly, taxes, commissions, fees or whatever else must first be paid. Most investors are far too slow to realise that they have fallen for investment scams that never intended to pay out the money again.

CryptoActiveTrading: What help is there for investment fraud?
How to act in case of investment fraud, many angry investors ask themselves, since filing a criminal complaint hardly makes sense, because criminal complaints mainly serve the purpose of criminal prosecution, but not the recovery of the money. What kind of help can one hope for in the case of investment fraud and how do investors get their money back? A lawyer specialising in investment fraud must know how to follow the traces of the money, because as they used to say, money is not gone, it's just somewhere else. Today one can add: It is tricky, but with the appropriate tools it is possible to trace money digitally on a regular basis - even if it was transferred with Bitcoin via a Crypto Exchanger.
