BitAlpha AI - Fake, unserious, investment fraud

17.10.2022
BitAlpha AI pretends that the investor is granted the very best conditions to make money with their bitcoin trading platform as fast as it is safe. But really everything at BitAlpha AI is investment fraud. Everything the investor sees on their screen is fake. Not a dime has been invested. Nothing is traded at BitAlpha AI. The money has landed right in the pockets of investment scammers. Have you had the same experience? What can investors who have been scammed by BitAlpha AI? How can investors get their money back from dubious providers? What help is available in case of investment fraud?

BitAlpha AI: Transparent and dubious statements on the website.
What are the perplexed investors being served up on bitalpha-ai.io? "BitAlpha AI is a unique bitcoin trading platform that combines traditional trading techniques with user-friendly displays. Every element is designed to tailor the trading experience to each user's needs, regardless of how much prior experience or knowledge they have." That's just a small portion of the over-the-top claims prospective customers will find on BitAlpha AI's website. None of these lofty promises by BitAlpha AI have been kept. Unfortunately, dubious business practices tend to make for unhappy investors and miserable experiences!

BitAlpha AI: Experiences of other investors
Numerous investors reported why they fell for the investment scammers' scam. The BitAlpha AI scammers place paid advertisements in compliant media that are almost indistinguishable from editorial content. In it, they claim that Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is behind BitAlpha AI. Elsewhere, the same is then claimed by e-vehicle manufacturer Tesla and its chief Elon Musk. In both cases, it ultimately bars nonsense to deceive investors.

BitAlpha AI: Who is behind it?
Answering this question should undoubtedly be difficult for many investors because BitAlpha AI makers are doing everything they can to conceal the true circumstances. This is indisputably nothing out of the ordinary because the scammers mostly run several of these websites with the same fraudulent business model. They are created in advance, put online without interruption, and just as quickly taken offline again. In addition, the top-level domain is changed again and again to deceive financial regulators and law enforcement agencies. Already, the fraudsters also operate with the domains bitalpha-ai.nl and bitalpha-ai.org. However, the Belgian financial regulator FSMA was not fooled and included BitAlpha AI in its warning list on 14/09/2022.

BitAlpha AI: Who is the operator?
There is no usable information on the bitalpha-ai.io website in this regard. Neither the operator nor a business address is given where the makers of BitAlpha AI could ultimately be found. BitAlpha AI is a pure fantasy product. The domain was registered on 08.05.2022 with NETIM SARL. There is neither a support email address nor a phone number on the website, only a contact form.

BitAlpha AI: Scheme of the investment fraud
The investment scam unmistakably plays out according to the same pattern every time: investors initially put in a small sum - usually, 250 euros - and are impressed by how quickly this amount multiplies, so much so that they are willing to "invest" higher and higher sums. The discord starts when an investor wants to have his money paid out, because now ostensibly taxes, commissions, fees or whatever have to be paid first. Unfortunately, many investors realize much too late that they have fallen for investment scammers who never intended to pay out the money again.

BitAlpha AI: What help is there for investment fraud?
How to proceed in case of investment fraud, many angry investors ask themselves, because filing a criminal complaint makes little sense, because criminal complaints are primarily for prosecution, not for recovering the money. What kind of help is available in investment fraud cases, and how do defraud investors get their money back? A lawyer specializing in investment fraud must know how to track the money, because as they used to say, money is not gone, but unfortunately somewhere else. Now you can add to that: It is challenging, but with the right tools it is possible to track money digitally regularly - even if it was deposited with Bitcoin through a Crypto Exchanger.
