Employed lawyer. Attorney-at-law Thomas Köhler, M.A. (Viadrina), has been admitted to the bar since 1993. Attorney Köhler is also a specialist attorney for banking and capital market law in the investor protection law firm Resch Rechtsanwälte. Attorney Köhler has extensive experience in all areas of investor protection, in particular real estate funds, certificates, intermediary and prospectus liability issues, asset management and bank liability.

Attorney Köhler, in addition to his forensic work, supervises the legal and economic research on our complex projects.
He is also a specialist attorney for labor law.

Attorney Köhler is a member of the German Bar Association, the Working Group on Banking and Capital Market Law and the Banking Law Association.
