Attorney-at-law Miriam Klügel studied law at the Free University of Berlin, at the Universidad Complutense Madrid, and the Lewis&Clark Law school in Oregon, USA. Afterward, she studied at Tongji University in Shanghai, China, and graduated with an LL.M. with a focus on German, Chinese, and European Law. She completed her legal clerkship at the Superior Court of Berlin and a commercial law firm in Madrid. Ms. Klügel speaks German, Spanish, and English and works primarily in civil and criminal law in the areas of "investment fraud" and "cybercrime".
