Yem pretends that the investor is offered perfect conditions to make money with trading as quickly as safely. Everything at Yem is an investment scam. Nothing is traded at Yem. The money is immediately put into the pockets of the investment scammers. Everything the investor sees on his screen is fake. Not a cent has been invested. Have you had similar experiences? How do investors get their money back from dubious providers? What can investors do who have been scammed by Yem? What help is there for investment fraud?
Yem: Suspicious and dubious information
What must the perplexed visitors to www.yem.ge receive? "Millions of members all over the world benefit from offers from affiliated companies that have proven to be trustworthy and secure. You too can trust that your personal data will be treated 100% confidentially, that the purchase process is reputable and that the payment process is secure and anonymous. In the SafeZone (SZ) of the Unicorn Network(UN) you will find a constantly increasing number of goods, services and other offers to buy (real estate, gold, etc.) that will meet your needs and those of all future members." This is just a small sample of the suspect claims prospective members find on Yem's website. None of these full-bodied assurances by Yem have been delivered. Regrettably, the half-secret business conduct rather makes for disappointed investors and miserable experiences!
Yem: Who is behind it?
Since the Yem makers do everything they can to conceal the true circumstances, almost all investors should probably have trouble answering this question. This is certainly nothing out of the ordinary, because the scammers usually run several of these websites with the same fraudulent business model. These are created continuously, put online without interruption and shut down just as quickly; moreover, the top-level domain is often changed in order to deceive the financial supervisory and law enforcement authorities. But who is the operator of Yem? Nothing usable can be found on Yem's website in this regard. Although the company Blacksea Blockchain Consulting LLC is listed with the business address Uznadze Street 111, 0108 Tbilisi, Georgia, the creators of Yem are probably not to be found under this address, after all, it is a company that the Austrian FMA is now warning against (www.fma.gv.at/en/yem-cryptocurrency-blacksea-blockchain-consulting-llc). The company is allegedly represented by Ralf Thode. In addition, the usual support e-mail address email@example.com and the telephone number +995 574 219 800 can be found there.
Yem: Investment fraud scheme
Investment fraud clearly follows a recurring pattern: investors initially invest a small sum - usually 250 euros - and are impressed by how quickly this amount increases, so that they are prepared to "invest" higher and higher sums. The problems start immediately when investors want their money paid out, because now, all of a sudden, taxes, commissions, fees or whatever have to be paid. Many investors are far too slow to realise that they have fallen for an investment scam and that there was never any intention of paying out the money again.
Yem: What help is there for investment fraud?
Many defrauded investors wonder how to proceed in cases of investment fraud, as criminal charges make little sense because criminal charges are primarily for prosecution and not for recovering money. What kind of help is available in investment fraud cases and how do investors get their money back? A lawyer specialising in investment fraud must know how to follow the money trail, because as they used to say, money isn't gone, it's just somewhere else. Now you can add to that: It's tricky, but with the right tools it is possible to systematically track money digitally - even if it was transferred with Bitcoin via a crypto exchanger.
